Data Processing Rules

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information 2VVPN handles when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why it is used, and how users can manage it.

Last updated: August 2026

Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the 2VVPN marketing website, user panel, clients, and related subscription services. Visiting pages, creating an account, selecting a plan, obtaining a subscription, or using international routes means that relevant data will be handled under this policy.

Data is processed to provide services, maintain account status, complete orders, troubleshoot operational issues, and improve pages. 2VVPN handles information only as needed for these purposes and controls access according to its use. Services involving security and privacy follow a consistent no-activity-logs principle.

Data Collected and Its Uses

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient, so this service does not collect a registration email. Account data is used to identify login status, save subscription status, allocate plan traffic, and handle tickets submitted by users. Passwords are processed in a form suitable for authentication and are not displayed directly on pages.

Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment method, transaction result, and refund status. They are used to deliver subscriptions, reconcile billing, and handle disputes. Payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. The website may also process analytics such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category, and error information to assess whether pages work properly and improve user flows. Analytics are not used to build records of the website content users visit.

To enforce plan rules, the client needs to process the traffic usage and subscription validity associated with an account. This data is used to show remaining traffic, determine service status, and calculate price differences during mid-term upgrades; it is not used to analyze specific browsing content.

No Activity Logs and Connection Data

2VVPN does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain visited pages, queries, transmitted content, or in-app activity lists, or build user profiles from such content.

While a route is being established, the system may temporarily process connection information required to complete network forwarding. This information is used only to establish connections, reconnect automatically, apply smart routing, and diagnose issues during that session. It is not used to create a personal connection history for long-term lookup. After a connection ends, no connection log linking an account to a specific destination is retained.

When users submit a ticket, the ticket text, attachments, and issue description are saved as provided to respond to the request. Please do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Payment Processing

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, session credentials, and necessary preferences. This data maintains sessions and reduces repeated setup. After browser data is cleared, login status and saved preferences may also be lost, but existing orders or subscriptions will not be canceled automatically.

Payments are processed by the relevant payment service. 2VVPN receives the payment result, order identifier, and transaction status needed to complete an order, while information collected by the payment service on its pages or systems is handled under that service's own rules. Before paying with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, users should also review the privacy information provided by the relevant payment service.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account and order data is retained for as long as needed to provide subscriptions, process refunds, resolve billing disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Analytics are retained for aggregated analysis and site maintenance; data that is no longer needed is deleted, de-identified, or no longer used. Ticket data is retained for the period needed to handle service requests and perform subsequent checks.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the ticket center. To prevent someone else from acting on the account, account control may need to be verified before a request is processed. After deletion, records that must remain for order reconciliation, dispute handling, or applicable obligations will be restricted in use and removed when the retention basis no longer applies.

This policy may be updated when service features, data processing practices, or applicable rules change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Important changes involving data use or user rights will be explained in an appropriate location on the website or user panel. Before continuing to use the service, users should review the policy then in effect.
