Service Content and Scope

2VVPN provides cross-border network access through international routes that improve connection paths when accessing international websites and related online resources. The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Specific connection methods, available routes, and features are subject to the current information shown in the user panel.

The service covers 110+ countries / 240+ routes. Connection results may vary by region, network conditions, destination website, and end-user system. Route names, entry points, and routing may change due to maintenance, network adjustments, or resource allocation. Such changes do not alter the basic nature of a purchased subscription.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual login activity or unauthorized subscription use is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions do not limit the number of devices that may be online at the same time and may be used on supported devices managed by the account holder. Accounts, subscription links, and access credentials are for reasonable use by the account holder only. They may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unrelated parties. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, connection issues, or account risks caused by publicly sharing subscription information.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading partway through a period, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and payment details before paying.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is accessed, as well as the rules of destination websites, applications, and content providers. The service must not be used for illegal activities, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of malicious programs, fraud, disruption of network operations, unauthorized system access, or large-scale abuse of third-party services.

Users must not affect the normal operation of routes, nodes, or the user panel through automated requests, malicious scanning, continuous resource consumption, or other means. Content, accounts, transactions, and services provided by third-party websites are the responsibility of the relevant third parties. Relationships between users and third parties are outside the services covered by these terms.

Service Availability and Liability

Cross-border connections may be affected by local networks, international links, end-user settings, system permissions, destination website policies, and temporary maintenance. 2VVPN maintains and adjusts routes according to their conditions but makes no additional promise of continuous access to any particular website, a fixed exit location, a fixed connection speed, or uninterrupted operation.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, or changes to third-party networks may temporarily make some routes unavailable. Users may switch to another available route in the user panel or submit a ticket describing the issue. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for indirect losses caused by a user’s device, network environment, changes to third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control.

Suspension and Termination

If a user resells a subscription, publicly shares access credentials, uses the service for illegal activities, maliciously consumes network resources, interferes with system operations, or seriously breaches these terms, 2VVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. To investigate unusual use, the service may ask the account holder to confirm relevant activity through the user panel.

After a subscription expires or its traffic is used up, the relevant network access features may stop, while the account may still be used to view orders, manage subscriptions, or submit tickets. Stopping use of the service does not affect orders, traffic consumption, or other obligations incurred before the suspension of use. The handling of account-related information is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Refunds and Amendments

A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a user panel ticket so the order and payment records can be verified. 2VVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and refund processing follows the actual status of the relevant order and payment channel.

These terms may be revised as the service, operating rules, or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed accordingly. Continued use after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service.
