Create an account
First, open the 2VVPN account creation page. You only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. Your username will be used to sign in to the user panel, while your password protects the account, so choose a combination that differs from those used on other websites and that you can store securely. Submit the form when finished. The page will either open the user panel or ask you to return to the login page; if it returns you to login, continue with the username and password you just created.
After entering the panel, confirm that the username shown in the upper-right corner or account area is the one you just created. The account is now ready, but there is not yet an active subscription for connecting. Do not rush to install a client or search online for a so-called public subscription address. Instead, choose a plan through the plans entry on this site, then return to the account overview to get the subscription linked to your account.
If the form says the username is already in use, choose another recognizable username and submit it again. If the panel does not open after a while, refresh the account creation page and try once more instead of submitting repeatedly. If you lose your password, cannot open the page, or see an unexpected status, visit the account guide in the Help Center for the appropriate steps.
Choose a plan and complete your order
After signing in, open the plans page to compare monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used and never expiring. First decide whether you need a fixed monthly allowance or a long-term data package, then open the matching option.
After confirming your choice, open the order page and check that the plan name, data allowance, and amount match your selection. Choose an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. Once payment is complete, return to the user panel; do not rely only on the payment page to determine the status. Use the order result and account overview in the panel as the reference. When processing is complete, the account overview will show the available subscription and the plan status will update.
When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If you are just getting started, there is no need to begin with the largest data tier; choose based on your actual viewing, download, and everyday browsing needs. All plans support unlimited devices, use anonymous no-logs privacy terms, and include a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. See the plans page for detailed differences; this guide keeps only the main path needed to complete an order.
Get your subscription in the user panel
After the plan status updates, open the account overview in the user panel. Find the subscription details section. Based on your account status, the page will provide a subscription entry and client access options. The subscription link is the address clients use to retrieve the route list and future updates. It is not a regular webpage address and should not be pasted directly into a browser address bar.
On the device you plan to use, choose “Copy Subscription” or a similarly named option, then switch to the corresponding client to import it. A real subscription can only be obtained from the signed-in user panel; this page does not display a usable subscription address. If you need to recognize the format, use only the clearly invalid example below:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
The address above only demonstrates how to copy an entire line of text and cannot connect to 2VVPN. When copying a real subscription, preserve the link in full from beginning to end. Do not delete parameters manually or post the link in public threads, screenshots, or shared documents. To configure another device, sign in to the user panel directly on that device and copy the link again to avoid missing characters or added spaces during transfer.
If the overview still has no subscription entry, return to the order section to confirm that processing is complete, then refresh the account overview. If the plan shows as available but the subscription area remains empty, stop importing and describe the order and page behavior through the ticket portal. Once the subscription appears, continue to installing and importing the client.
Import your subscription on each platform
The client and subscription serve different roles: the client establishes the system network connection, while the subscription provides routes to the client. Start by selecting your current system in the download area of the user panel, then follow the panel instructions to get the 2VVPN client or a supported client entry. This guide does not provide a static installer link because client availability and import methods depend on the account plan. Entering through the panel helps you avoid downloading a file or using an import method that does not fit your system.
Windows desktop client
Select Windows in the download area of the user panel to get the 2VVPN desktop client. Install and open it, then find an entry such as “Subscription Management” or “Add Subscription.” Choose Import from Link and paste the complete subscription you copied earlier. Save it and run an update once; the main screen should show a list organized by region or route name. Do not run other network proxy tools at the same time, as multiple programs may repeatedly take control of system settings.
Choose a route near the region of your destination, then enable the system proxy or connection switch. If the client asks for network access, continue only after confirming that the request comes from the client you just installed. Once its status changes to Connected, proceed to verification.
macOS desktop client
Select the macOS client entry in the user panel and complete the installation before launching it for the first time. macOS may ask you to approve a network extension or VPN configuration; this permission is required for the client to establish a system connection. After following the system prompts, open subscription management in the client, choose the option to add by link, and paste and save the complete subscription copied from the user panel.
After the update succeeds, choose the destination region from the route list and connect. If another network tool is already configured in System Settings, disconnect it first and let the current client take over. Once connected, leave the client running and use a browser to check the exit connection. If the connection ends whenever you close the client, that is normal behavior.
Android mobile client
Sign in to the user panel in your device browser and select Android in the download area. After installing the 2VVPN client, open its subscription page and find “Add,” “Import Link,” or “New Subscription.” Paste the subscription and run an update. When the update finishes, return to the routes page, choose a route, and tap the connection switch.
The first connection displays a system VPN authorization window. Confirm it, and a connection indicator will appear in the system status area. If the client stops soon after you switch apps, check the system settings for background activity and battery management for the app so it can keep running while connected. Menu names vary by device; if you cannot find the relevant option, see connection and troubleshooting guidance.
Supported iOS client
On your iPhone or iPad, sign in to the user panel, open the download area, and select iOS. Use the App Store entry provided in the panel to get a supported client. After installing it, return to the user panel and copy the subscription. In the client, choose Add from URL, Download Configuration, or Add Remote Subscription. Paste the complete link, save it, and update the route list.
When you choose a route and start connecting, iOS will ask for permission to add a VPN configuration. Confirm it in the system prompt, then return to the client to check its status. To change routes later, disconnect the current route in the client before selecting a new region and reconnecting. There is no need to repeatedly delete the system configuration or create another account.
Connect and verify it works
A Connected status in the client only shows that the connection process has started. You still need to confirm that your browser or target app is actually using the selected route. Note the current region selected in the client, then open the network check page on this site and confirm that the exit IP location matches the selected route. Do not rely on an old page that was open before connecting and may contain cached data; open a new browser tab for the check.
Once the exit region matches your expectation, open the website or app you actually want to use. If pages load and account screens open normally, the basic connection is working. Streaming, AI Tools, and ordinary websites may use different methods to determine region, so verify a changed exit IP and access to a specific service separately. For a streaming platform, close any old playback page and reopen the content. If an app still uses its pre-connection network state, fully quit and reopen it.
Choose routes based on the region where the target service is available. For content in Japan, start with a Tokyo route; for services in the United States, choose a corresponding US route. 2VVPN covers 110+ countries and 240+ routes, so there is no need to test every route. Narrow the list by destination region first, then switch within that region. Read the complete access guide for more on how route types, account regions, and content regions relate.
How to handle connection issues
If you cannot connect, stop at the current step and avoid changing the subscription, client, system network, and account settings all at once. First check whether the subscription can update: open subscription management in the client and run an update manually. If the subscription cannot be fetched, return to the user panel, copy the complete link again, delete the old invalid entry in the client, and import it again. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the link, and do not use the sample address shown on this page.
If the subscription updates but one route cannot connect, switch to another route in the same region. Fully disconnect before reconnecting so the client interface and underlying connection do not remain on different routes. If several routes fail to connect, check whether your local network can open ordinary websites. Without a working local connection, the client cannot establish an international route.
If the client reports a successful connection but the exit region does not change, first make sure no other network tool is running, then disable any proxy extension configured separately in the browser. Disconnect and reconnect the client, then check again in a new tab. If only one app is affected, inspect the client’s split-routing mode or the app’s own network settings instead of placing another order.
If the order, subscription, and routes all look normal but the issue remains, record your system, the route name shown in the client, the steps that triggered the issue, and the exact error text. Then submit it through the user panel ticket system. Do not include the complete subscription link. See the FAQ for common questions, and the complete access guide for a systematic explanation of route and region behavior.
The subscription updates, the route connects, and the exit region can be verified
Once all three results are confirmed, the basic setup is complete. When changing devices later, sign in to the same account and retrieve the client and subscription again from the user panel.
